These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and Perya Play ("we," "us," "the Platform") regarding your access to and use of peryaplay.best and all related services, games, and features offered through the platform.

Providing false information during registration is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on Perya Play. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts – whether using the same or different personal details – is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds held therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and any other details requested during the registration process. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.

All financial transactions on Perya Play are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). The following conditions apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit: ₱100 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: ₱100 per transaction.

• Withdrawals will only be made to accounts or e-wallets that belong to the registered account holder. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

Perya Play reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal where fraud, money laundering, or a violation of these Terms is suspected. In such cases, we may be required to report the matter to relevant authorities in accordance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.

The following rules apply to all sports betting and gaming activity on Perya Play:

• All bets are final once confirmed. You are responsible for checking the details of your bet – including selection, odds, and stake – before submitting. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation except where explicitly permitted by the platform.
• Odds displayed on Perya Play are subject to change up to the moment your bet is confirmed. The odds applicable to your bet are those displayed at the time your bet is accepted and confirmed.
• Perya Play reserves the right to void any bet that is placed on incorrect odds resulting from a manifest error – including obvious typographical errors or system faults. In such cases, the stake will be returned to your account wallet.
• For live in-play betting, any bets placed after the outcome of the event or market has been determined – even if not yet reflected on the platform – may be voided at Perya Play's discretion.

• Each promotion is intended for the use of one person per household, IP address, device, and payment method. Abuse of promotional offers – including the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus – will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.

• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or glitches in any game or betting system. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of such errors are void and will be reclaimed.

Perya Play reserves the right to withhold funds, close accounts, and pursue legal remedies in cases of serious misconduct or fraud.
